Luxury Mansion — Jumeirah

Luxury Mansion is a complete architectural and interior design project developed across four levels, with every space considered as part of one unified residential experience. The basement is dedicated to leisure and utility functions, including the garage, home theatre and private spa. The ground floor is composed around arrival, hospitality and family gathering, with an entrance, majlis, living and dining spaces, kitchen, guest suite, office and gym. The first floor provides a more private family environment through master suites, additional bedrooms, a family living room and wellness spaces. At roof level, the terrace and swimming pool extend the residence into an elevated outdoor living destination. The design language balances quiet luxury, refined proportions and warm materiality. Architecture, interiors, landscape, water and lighting are coordinated to create continuity between the façade, garden, public rooms, private suites and rooftop spaces. NAFA directed the project from concept development through spatial planning, material selection and design coordination, ensuring that the architectural character and interior atmosphere remained consistent throughout the mansion.
