FF&E scope
Furnishing that completes the room visually and practically.
NAFA provides interior furnishing, FF&E selection and styling for luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Dubai and across the UAE.
Our furnishing service transforms an approved interior concept into a complete, comfortable and visually coordinated environment. Furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, accessories, equipment and decorative elements are selected in relation to the architecture, material palette, proportions and intended use of each space.
Depending on the agreed project scope, our services may include furniture layouts, FF&E schedules, furniture and lighting selection, curtain and window-treatment specifications, rugs, bedding, decorative accessories, kitchen equipment, mirrors, artwork coordination, loose furniture, outdoor furniture and final styling.
For private villas, mansions and apartments, we consider how each item supports the client’s lifestyle, comfort and daily routines. Living rooms, dining spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, wellness areas and outdoor spaces are furnished as connected parts of one complete residence.
For commercial and hospitality projects, furniture and equipment are selected according to the operational requirements, brand identity, visitor experience, durability and maintenance needs of the property.
Where a standard product does not meet the design intent, NAFA may develop concepts for bespoke furniture, upholstered pieces, headboards, media units, display cabinets, shelving, wardrobes and other custom-made elements.
Materials, finishes, dimensions, colours and quantities are coordinated through specifications, schedules, samples and supplier information. Particular attention is given to scale, comfort, quality, lead times, installation requirements and compatibility with the approved interior design.
Where required, NAFA can coordinate with client-appointed manufacturers, furniture suppliers, lighting suppliers, curtain specialists, appliance suppliers, contractors and installers. Procurement, purchasing, delivery management and installation supervision are included only when specifically stated in the agreed project scope.
Final styling may include the arrangement of cushions, decorative objects, books, plants, table settings and selected accessories to ensure that the completed space feels balanced, welcoming and ready for use.
Each furnishing proposal is tailored to the project’s style, location, scale, budget, programme and required level of sourcing, procurement or installation support.
Furniture and equipment decisions carry the daily experience of an interior. Comfort, proportion, fabric durability, storage needs and maintenance all matter as much as appearance.
This service coordinates loose furniture, curtains, bedroom accessories, kitchen equipment and finishing layers so the room feels complete rather than assembled in pieces.
