Nestled on more than 10 hectares of pristine land, Mansion Zanzibar is a statement of harmony between architecture and nature. Designed and completed by Nafa in 2023, the project began after being entrusted to our team following the client’s decision to move beyond the initial concept.
The residence spans over 2,000 sqm across two levels (G+1), offering expansive living areas while remaining intentionally simple in form. This simplicity was a direct request from the client—allowing the design to embrace Zanzibar’s untouched landscape rather than compete with it.
Here, architecture and nature merge seamlessly. The villa rises as though shaped by the island itself, blurring the boundaries between structure and land. Mansion Zanzibar is not just a home, but a natural extension of its breathtaking surroundings—an architectural retreat that celebrates the beauty of authenticity.
